Founded by Federica and Jo, RAW Training brings over 14 years of experience in delivering authentic, outdoor fitness focused on strength, balance and community.

RAW Training has completely transformed my fitness routine — the sessions are challenging, supportive, and the sense of community keeps me coming back every week!
